Administration Condemns 'Democrat Hoax' as Additional Epstein Estate Photographs Released
Democratic lawmakers have made public a new tranche of what they termed "alarming" photographs from the estate of convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, featuring among others Donald Trump, Bill Clinton, and former British royal Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor.
The opening batch of 19 images—some of which have been previously circulated—plus another 70 released later on Friday constitute a minuscule portion of the nearly 100,000 images handed over to the House investigative panel, which is examining the behavior and associations of Epstein.
The fallen money manager was a victim of an apparent self-inflicted death in a New York jail cell in 2019 after being charged with sex-trafficking charges.
Prominent Personalities in the Images
Featured among the prominent personalities shown in the initial batch are celebrities featuring film director Woody Allen; Microsoft creator Bill Gates; and Richard Branson, founder of the Virgin conglomerate.
Donald Trump appears in three of the first nineteen images. In one, he is seen with six women, whose faces are blacked out.
White House Response
The White House addressed the release in a official comment, alleging Democrats of purposefully "cherry-picking" the photographs for electoral motives and to "seek to establish a false account."
"This Democratic fabrication against President Trump has been repeatedly debunked," an administration official remarked, insisting that "the current government has done more for Epstein's survivors than Democrats ever have by frequently urging disclosure, releasing numerous documents of records, and demanding additional probes into Epstein's Democrat friends."
Congressional Democrat Comment
The images were released lacking captions, but per a California Democrat and senior member of the investigative panel, they prompt further inquiries about Epstein's associations with wealthy individuals.
"It is time to end this White House obfuscation and secure justice to the victims of Jeffrey Epstein and his well-connected allies," he stated in a comment.
The release of these images coincides with the House panel pressing on with its inquiry into the Epstein matter.
